CANCELLATION POLICY

THE SUNROOM STUDIO CANCELLATION POLICY if canceling within 48 hours there will be fee equaling to 50% of the appointment total. if canceling within 24 hours 100% of your scheduled service will be charged to you. if rescheduling, 50% of your scheduled service will be charged to you which will not go towards your rescheduled appointment. 15 minute grace period • if arriving 15+ minutes late to your appointment, your appointment could be compromised along with a 50% fee of your service total if time does not allow. no call no show • 100% of your service will be charged and you will not be allowed to rebook with The Hair Witch. cancellation policies protect not only your appointment but also myself. The Hair Witch does NOT offer refunds. however, if your hair needs an adjustment- you have 5 days from your appointment to let your stylist know and we can adjust as needed. ***CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SAVED DATE OR THERE WILL BE A FEE****
